Abstract: Background. Absorbable fluid gelatin is a novel collagen hemostatic agent that has been validated in multiple surgical procedures. However, the efficacy of using this hemostatic agent during percutaneous endoscopic unilateral laminectomy for bilateral decompression (PE-ULBD) remains controversial.
