The Efficacy and Safety of Ivabradine in Arrhythmias: A Systematic Review

Abstract: Background: Treating arrhythmia adequately is crucial to prevent cardiac morbidity and mortality. Previous studies report that ivabradine may increase the risk of atrial fibrillation; however, emerging evidence shows that the drug may have beneficial effect in treatment of arrhythmia.
