The Empirical Study of Employers Satisfaction: The Case of Executive Leadership Academy, University of Internal Affairs, Mongolia

Abstract: The study aims to examine the correlations between alumni learning attributes and knowledge, leadership, communication, and managerial skills and how alumni's attitude is assessed through employers' satisfaction.
