The epidemiology, clinical course and outcome of febrile cytopenia in children

Abstract: Childhood febrile cytopenia is usually transient, of mild-to-moderate severity, and resolves spontaneously, but patients with severe cytopenia affecting ≥2 cell lines need further evaluation and follow-up.
