This chapter explores the integration of Restorative Practices (RP) within Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) frameworks in global organizational contexts. By reviewing contemporary literature and diverse case studies, it underscores RP's potential to advance the IDEAS model—Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accountability, and Sustainability—by fostering inclusive cultures and addressing systemic inequities. The chapter presents strategic approaches to implementing RP, discusses challenges such as scalability and cultural resistance, and emphasizes the importance of ongoing evaluation and adaptation. It concludes with recommendations for future research and a call to action for organizations to embed RP into their DEIB efforts to achieve sustainable, inclusive growth.
