However, there were aspects which did not arise -but which have been emphasized as ethical in teaching -involving most notably the broader sociopolitical and economic context within which the teaching occurs (Benade, 2008b), pupils' work ethics (Tirri, 1999), loyalty to colleagues (Colnerud, 1997), tensions between the school and the family (Shapira-Lishchinsky, 2009), and holding pupils to high standards and engaging them in intellectually challenging learning experiences (Lumkin, 2007).…”
