Abstract:Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) and nonketotic hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state (NHOK) are acute complications of diabetes mellitus (DM). The aim was to investigate precipitating factors, therapy and the result of the treatment of DKA and NHOK.
