The European Communities and the Harmonization of Educational and Professional Qualifications

Abstract: The Treaties of the European Communities make no explicit provision for the harmonization of qualifications, but there exist a number of provisions in the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community treaties which directly or indirectly lead to it.
