“…Upon reviewing previous research on employees' attitudes and behaviors toward change in relation to authentic leadership, we found that the majority of studies posit that authentic leadership can foster positive attitudes and behaviors toward change among employees. Scholars have discovered that authentic leadership positively influences employee readiness for change (Sengupta et al, 2023;Bakari et al, 2017), openness to change (Kiliç and Yavuz, 2021), commitment to change (Bakari et al, 2017(Bakari et al, , 2018 and responsiveness to planned organizational change (Lusin, 2014) and helps alleviate employee resistance to change (Mousa et al, 2020).
