The Evaluation of Dentinal Tubule Occlusion by Desensitizing Agents: A Real-time Measurement of Dentinal Fluid Flow Rate and Scanning Electron Microscopy

Abstract: Light-curing adhesive and oxalate-type desensitizing agents exhibited better reduction of dentinal fluid flow rate than did protein-precipitation and fluoride-type desensitizing agents based on measurements by a new fluid flow measuring device of subnanoliter scale.
