In order to further improve the scientificity and rationality of students’ education management quality evaluation, this paper proposes a method of students’ education management quality evaluation based on intuitive fuzzy information. This method makes a scientific judgment on the teaching management process and teaching results in combination with the objectives of students’ education and teaching management. On the basis of teaching evaluation, with the help of intuitionistic fuzzy information integration algorithm method, this paper focuses on using intuitionistic fuzzy-weighted average operator and normal distribution weighting method to construct the quality evaluation model of students’ education and teaching management, and develops the teaching quality evaluation system based on intuitionistic fuzzy theory. Through the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the teacher evaluation result score is 81.45, which is an algebraic value from 0 to 100, and the score is between 80 and 90, which verifies that the classroom teaching evaluation result is good.

The aim of this study is to determine the creation of communicative competencies of students with game technology. The research was conducted in the fall semester of 2021–2022; the research consists of 327 volunteer students studying at universities in Kazakhstan and continuing their education. According to the sub-objectives of the research, the use of gamification technologies by university students during the day, the time spent by university students using the Internet and the situations were focused on. In the scope of the study, descriptive statistical methods were used for the development of students' communicative competencies with the gamification technology of university students. The research is a quantitative research method and is designed according to the analysis of students' views on the formation of communicative competencies on gamification technologies. According to the results of the research, it has been concluded that communicative skills increase with game technology. In addition, according to the results of the research, it was concluded that university students use the time zone on the Internet on the spot. This research aimed to study and design the formation of intercultural competencies in language education classes at the university. The quantitative research method was used. The research was carried out in the spring term of 2021–2022. 198 volunteer students who continue their education in schools participated in the research and 4 weeks of online training were given to the students. The ‘language and proficiency’ measurement tool developed by the researchers and compiled by experts in the field was used in this study. The measurement tool was delivered to the students online and then collected. The analysis of the data was made by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences programme, frequency analysis and t-test; the results are added to the research in the form of tables. According to the results obtained, it was concluded that students' proficiency in language education classes and their intercultural status were high. While this situation was determined as good for education, it was concluded that it was used to reflect the distance education systems in the course.
