The introduction of inventive solutions during the antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum phases, the use of digital technologies is restructuring maternal healthcare. The transforming impact caused by digital technologies on maternal health outcomes is explored in the world, focusing on telehealth, remote monitoring, and data analytics. The implementation of digital tools and technologies in maternal healthcare is changing the approach to prenatal care, labour and delivery, and postpartum support. Despite these limitations, technological advances can enhance maternal outcomes, lowering complications, and encouraging women to take an active role in the health care journey. This chapter explores the ways in which digital tools such as- wearable technology, telemedicine, artificial intelligence and mobile applications are changing the care provided to expectant mothers. It looks at the advantages, difficulties, and possible future paths of these technologies in delivering efficient, individualized, and easily accessible healthcare for women.
