The exciton spectrum in a cylindrical quantum nanotube

Abstract: Запропоновано теорiю екситонного спектра в цилiндричнiй нанотрубцi. На основi моделi прямокутних потенцiялiв i ефективних мас електрона й дiрки методом Бете знайдено спектр зв'язаних екситонних станiв у нанотрубцi.Розрахована енерґiя основного стану екситона в наносистемi InP/InAs/InP задовiльно корелює з експериментальними вимiрами.
