Abstract: Edited by Lászl ó NagyPreviously, we revealed the dual enhancing effect of netoglitazone, an agonist of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ, on adipogenesis and osteoblastogenesis, and reported that fatty acid synthase (FASN) knockdown selectively repressed its pro-adipogenic effect.
