Bu çalışma, Türkiye-Mardin ili Artuklu ve Yeşilli ilçesi organik kiraz (Prunus avium L.) bahçelerinde bulunan Hymenoptera takımına ait türleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma, 2017 yılı Mayıs- Ekim ayları arasında hafta da bir olarak 6 bahçede yürütülmüştür. Böcek türlerinin toplanmasında şaraplı besi tuzak yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, Apoidea ve Vespoidea (Hymenoptera) üstfamilyalarına bağlı beş familyadan 6 tür ve 3 alttür belirlenmiştir. Bunlar; Vespidae familyasından, Vespula germanica (Fabricius, 1793), Polistes bucharensis Erichson, 1849, Eustenancistrocerus amadanensis amadanensis (de Saussure, 1856) ve Euodynerus disconotatus disconotatus (Lichtenstein, 1884); Halictidae familyasından, Halictus sp. ve Lasioglossum sp.; Megachilidae familyasından, Osmia caerulescens (Linnaeus, 1758); Andrenidae familyasından, Andrena sp. ve Apidae familyasından, Apis mellifera (Linnaeus, 1758) türleridir. A. mellifera ve V. germanica diğer türlere göre daha yaygın ve yoğun olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca tespit edilen türlerden 5’i Mardin ili faunası için ilk kayıttır.
