Abstract: Practical relevance: Although feline hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) occurs more commonly, dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), restrictive cardiomyopathy (RCM), arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC), left ventricular noncompaction (LVNC) and cardiomyopathy – nonspecific phenotype (NCM; formerly unclassified cardiomyopathy) are all recognized in domestic cats.
