Abstract:BackgroundEpithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT) is the rarest gestational trophoblastic tumor, with poor response to chemotherapy. Hysterectomy, as the cornerstone therapy for early ETT, is particularly challenging in reproductive-age women who often have a strong desire for fertility preservation.
