The Formation of Percolative Composites with a High Dielectric Constant and High Conductivity

Abstract: Hart an der Grenze: Die Dielektrizitätskonstante und elektrische Leitfähigkeit eines Komposits aus zwei Isolatoren – Poly(1,1‐difluorethylen) (gelb im Bild) und K2CO3 (weiß) – erhöhen sich drastisch in der Nähe der Perkolationsschwelle fc (f=K2CO3‐Konzentration). Dieses Phänomen lässt sich durch Grenzflächenperkolation interpretieren, die durch die Bildung chemisch aktivierter Grenzflächen verursacht wird.
