<div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW137760015 BCX0">Objetivo: determinar las funciones y habilidades requeridas por el factor humano como parte de su nuevo rol en la transición de Industria 4.0 a Industria 5.0  </div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW137760015 BCX0">Diseño Metodológico: se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura con base en un análisis bibliométrico en la base de datos Science Direct para examinar los hallazgos más relevantes de investigaciones que consideren al factor humano dentro de la transición de Industria 4.0 a Industria 5.0. Se complementó la revisión con el diseño de un marco de Teoría, Contexto, Características y Metodología (TCCM) para determinar las funciones y habilidades requeridas en el nuevo rol del ser humano durante dicha transición.  </div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW137760015 BCX0">Resultados: a partir del diseño metodológico se observó que Industria 4.0 generó una nueva revolución industrial combinando técnicas avanzadas de manufactura con nuevas tecnologías digitales para incrementar la productividad, reducir la participación humana y por consecuencia, impulsar la competitividad. No obstante, también se identificó que estos nuevos procesos inteligentes todavía tienen limitaciones y que aún requieren de la supervisión del ser humano, de tal forma que estos dos elementos no pueden ser considerados independientes, sino que necesariamente deben complementarse entre sí.  </div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW137760015 BCX0">Limitaciones: el alcance de la investigación se limitó a un estudio exploratorio y descriptivo.  </div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW137760015 BCX0">Hallazgos: dentro de los hallazgos más relevantes se destacan las funciones y habilidades requeridas por el factor humano en esta nueva era digital, así como la importancia de que el sector industrial lo considere como un eje sustantivo dentro del proceso de innovación y de desarrollo sustentable.  </div>

Logistics 4.0 is a recognized lever for improving efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability in logistics processes. Of these, the increasingly complex area of transport plays a key role in companies, as it directly impacts costs and service level. This paper investigates how Logistics 4.0 affects the design and configuration of the transportation process, so that companies can exploit the related benefits and create value. Using a systematic literature review, this study provides a framework for Logistics 4.0 in transportation, which includes the process dimensions to be taken into account when designing such a process. A maturity model complements the framework, which presents the configuration options for each process dimension in an evolutionary path from low to high implementation level. This paper is original in that it takes a novel process perspective, crucial for supporting the implementation of Logistics 4.0 in transportation, and discusses the associated opportunities for companies.

A Critical Appraisal of Review Studies in Circular Economy: a Tertiary Study

The importance of the circular economy has greatly increased in the past few years, and consequently, the interest in the circular economy as a research field has also increased, which led to an exponential growth in the number of literature reviews on the subject with different purposes. In order to analyze the topics that have been studied and assess the quality of these secondary reviews, this study carried out a tertiary literature review on the subject. This study identified the literature reviews on the circular economy, the most frequently cited papers, and the main research topics in the field. We have also analyzed the types of research questions that have been proposed by secondary studies. Finally, we evaluated the extent to which secondary reviews have assessed the quality of primary studies. We found out that literature reviews on the circular economy are frequently related to the areas of supply chain and technology. We also concluded that there is a need for designing research questions that explore more complex relationships, since most questions are descriptive or process-related. Some research questions are proposed to guide future studies. We also observed that secondary studies have failed to appropriately assess the quality of primary studies.
