The fractal nature approach in ceramics materials and discrete field simulation

Abstract: In this paper, we present experimental data of static fractals and compare the results with theoretical analysis obtained using dynamic particle simulation. The fractal simulator presented in this manuscript is pioneer work and it is the base of the future concrete and industrial applications. We have examined sintered ceramic samples formed using several different additives, as fabricated using various parameters, sintering temperature and time. SEM analyses were performed on samples as a part of the experime… Show more

“…When the crack length is identical but the fractal dimension is larger, the fracture energy absorbed by the crack is greater [60]. Vukovic et al [61] described a new method for analyzing the microstructure properties of materials, which was used to predict the final properties of ceramics by fractal specialty programming in a fractal field simulator generating structure, grains, and pores. In conclusion, ceramics are brittle and easy to be damaged in the process of storage and transportation.…”

“…After the modelling and simulation, the next step is to build the real construction of the model [16], [17]. Using current technology, it is easy to manufacture the basic structure using 3D printers.…”

“…Transition metal doping is a good way to induce magnetism in otherwise non-magnetic barium titanate, with the incorporation of dopants into the BTO lattice largely determined by the ionic radii of the participants in the process [11]. Albeit comprehensively investigated over the years, BTO-based ceramics persist to inspire novel research approaches [12,13] remaining at the forefront of materials science.…”
