The Franklin District of Mulhouse: First French Experience of Low Energy Building Renovation in a Historic Area of the City Centre

Abstract: The project for the Franklin district of Mulhouse is the first French experiment in the renovation of old buildings in the context of a deteriorating urban area with a historic character to preserve incorporating firm energy objectives.
