Abstract:The thecate dinoflagellate bloom microalga, Scrippsiella trochoidea, was co-cultured with different grams of fresh macroalga Gracilaria lemaneiformis under laboratory conditions, to characterize the allelopathic inhibition effect of the seaweed on photophysiological activities of the microalga.
