The gain of somatic copy number alteration in both primary and lymph node metastases predict poor prognosis of non-samll cell lung cancer.

Abstract: e20511 Background: Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related mortality among the world, and distant metastases is still the main cause of poor prognosis and cancer-related deaths. Lymph nodes nearby primary tumor is the most commonly metastases. More than 90% NSCLC patients were diagnosed at II or higher stage.
