Abstract:We present a genome assembly from an individual adult female Stenurella melanura (a longhorn beetle; Arthropoda; Insecta; Coleoptera; Cerambycidae). The genome sequence is 1,616.9 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 10 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 19.46 kilobases in length.
