et al.

Abstract: We present a genome assembly from an individual Agapetus fuscipes (the micro grey sedge; Arthropoda; Insecta; Trichoptera; Glossosomatidae). The genome sequence is 618.3 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 33 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 22.35 kilobases in length.
