Abstract: SummaryParoxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH) is a disorder resulting from erythrocyte membrane deficiencies caused by PIG‐A gene mutations. While current treatments alleviate symptoms, they fail to address the underlying cause of the disease—the pathogenic PNH clones.
