Abstract: MLL-rearranged leukemias are among the leukemic subtypes with poorest survival, and treatment options have barely improved over the last decades. Furthermore, despite increasing molecular understanding of the mechanisms behind these hematopoietic malignancies, this knowledge has had poor translation into the clinic.
