Abstract:The in vitro digestion models mimicking the gastrointestinal (GI) tract of general population and lipid indigestion patients (with lower levels of bile salts or pancreatic lipase) were selected to investigate whether diacylglycerols (DAGs) are potential good lipid sources for these patients.
