The immunological profile of maternal obesity at 28 weeks gestation underpins common negative pregnancy outcomes

Abstract: Maternal obesity has been implicated in adverse pregnancy outcomes such as miscarriage, preeclampsia and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and poses a risk to the neonate.
