He obtained his Master of Science in Information Technology in 2005 andhis PhD in Material Science from the Kyushu University, Japan. He is currently the Senior Lecturer at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Dr Yahayahas published more than 50 journals and conference proceeding papers. His research interests covering areas of the thin film growth, epitaxial growth, semi-conductor nano-structure and bio-sensor.
