Abstract:Context: Aloe vera with one of the Acemannan compounds has antimicrobial effects against resistant microorganisms such as Enterococcus faecalis found in pulp chambers. E. faecalis is a facultative anaerobic microorganism commonly found in asymptomatic and persistent endodontic infections.
