Abstract:This present study attempted to discover the effect of the Speed, Agility and quickness (SAQ training) program on midfield soccer players' attacking skills. Twelve Rathnapura district male soccer players (age-under 14) were selected through simple random sampling technique and divided into two groups (6-treatment group and -control group).
