The Impact of Cognitive-Behavioral Group Psycho-Education Program on Psychological Resilience, Irrational Beliefs, and Well-Being

Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of cognitive-behavioral group psycho-education program on psychological resilience, irrational beliefs, and wellbeing. In the study, 29 high school students participated.
