The impact of green entrepreneurship on the organizational structure of projects in Jordan

Abstract: This study aims to demonstrate the impact of environmental leadership (initiative, risk tolerance, proactive innovation) on the organizational structure of mining projects. The study community is a mining enterprise in Jordan. The study sample consisted of project managers, quality managers and human resources managers.
