Abstract:Objective: To carry out a review about the use of enteral nutrition composed of immunonutrients in cancer patients undergoing elective surgery in the gastrointestinal tract on surgical outcomes. Methods: The research was carried out in the Medline, Lilacs and Pubmed databases.
