Abstract:In view of the impact of managers' personal characteristics on enterprises' non-market strategic decisions, this paper explores the impact of managerial risk preference on the participation of corporate social responsibility by using the data of China Ashare non-financial listed companies from 2010 to 2020. This paper finds that managerial risk preference has a significant positive impact on corporate social responsibility participation.
