Abstract:One of the factors causing this increase is energy use in the housing sector. Based on reports from the BPS-Statistics Indonesia, there is still a shortage of 12.7 million houses. To meet this shortage, the Indonesian government provides subsidies for the provision of affordable housing as well as design standards for healthy affordable housing for low-income people.
