The impact of osteoblastic differentiation on osteosarcomagenesis in the mouse

Abstract: Osteosarcomas remain an enigmatic group of malignancies that share in common the presence of transformed cells producing osteoid matrix, even if these cells comprise a minority of the tumor volume.
