The Impact of Positive Psychological Capital on Organizational Commitment in Public Sector Universities of KPK

Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of psychological capital upon organizational commitment within public sector universities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The research sample consisted of 2074 teachers from seven public sector universities in region, with a sample size of 335 teachers selected by using simple random sampling technique.
