The Impact of Prototyping Strategies on Computer-Aided Design Behavior

Abstract

at Dallas. Alexander earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a focus on design theory and engineering education. Alexander was a recipient of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program fellowship during his graduate studies and is currently part of the inaugural cohort of ASEE eFellows with funding through NSF. His research interests include systems thinking, design representation, and prototyping strategy with an overarching aim to better understand the engineering design process and how to improve design outcomes.
