The impact of quality management orientation on maintenance performance

Abstract: This paper aims to examine the relationship between quality management orientation dimensions and maintenance performance. The concept of quality management orientation is proposed and defined as a set of norms and values regarding customer orientation, quality responsibility, prevention, and process orientation.
