Abstract: Background: Extra-abdominal desmoid tumor of the head and neck in particular commonly infiltrate vital neurovascular structures. we report a case of a large and recurrent extra-abdominal desmoid tumor causing significant morbidity and who was treated successfully by radiotherapy.
