Managing a lot of data using a well-designed health information system can prevent medical errors and support doctors and medical service providers in providing the proper diagnosis to patients. This condition is inseparable from advances in data exchange technology commonly used, namely REST and SOAP. The REST API is beneficial in exchanging medical record data faster in real-time. Problems then arise as time goes by, where transactions significantly increase, creating a longer access time. This study solves the problem by adding design pattern technology using a caching pattern. The data retrieval process on the web service is stored in the cache so that when retrieving data, there is no need to re-query the database and then update the cache on the web service and update daily using Cron. This research uses a case study of a healthcare business intelligence system with various data taken from 3 different systems that have been integrated. Tests were carried out in on-premise and cloud server environments with variations between 5,000 and 10,000 data and tested 50 times each. After using the catching pattern, the measurement results of on-premise web services show a reduction in response time of up to 87%. For further development, an additional service is needed to manage caches that are simultaneously entered into the server so that RAM usage occurs optimally and does not cause data access time delays.

The world is filled with exciting technologies and ideas; scientists build machines to avoid human intervention in completing work. It is highly challenging to complete the task without the artificial intelligence (AI) technology intervention. With technological development, specific processes or consultations are performed with doctors available worldwide. In this scenario, it could be noticed that health care is one of the world’s expected domains that require the most incredible attention in data security while performing data transfer. Nodes in the network are considered based on the weakest link to overcome the cyber attacker’s issues. Besides building the software for data storage, a better mechanism has to be incorporated to provide security to the stored data. This process is a delicate task for every network engineer. This paper will explain such concepts related to health prediction and health care by building the most robust network security systems. The proposed optimized neural network representation is differentiated with the available data conclusive process. From the outcomes, it is observed that the suggested representation achieves an accuracy of 98.89%, which is 4.76% higher than the existing model.

In order to achieve this, we examine recent technologies and advanced medical developments in healthcare as well as in the pharma industries. Such as Artificial intelligence which provides an understanding between process parameters and different formulations. Blockchain is a sophisticated database that stores data in a way that makes it impossible to alter or hack the system. Clouding Technology enhances the drug discovery process. In the Future hospitals will need room for scanning and 3D printing since they can create virtually anything, including medical devices and human body components, and also produce drugs for every individual. Robotics is widely used in surgery as well as in chemical handling in laboratories. IT (Information Technology) is a database that helps in gathering information in surgery departments, hospitals, labs, and clinics. Our geriatric populations' quality of life can be maintained with the aid of new, technologies and innovations in health care. To overcome these obstacles, medical technology, as well as pharma industries, as well as pharma industries must unite and promote, high-quality methods while incorporating them into many related fields.
