The Impact of the Electoral Laws on Electoral Participation in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Abstract: Electoral laws governing the election of members to the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina roughly follow the consociational model of institutional arrangements in ethnically divided societies.
