“…Therefore, the lower NDF levels recorded in the current study may be a result of highly concentrated simple sugars, which lower the ADF and NDF levels in related species such as C. pepo [ 41 ]. Furthermore, landraces BG-26 and BG-27 at 42–49 DAS, along with NRC at 7 DAA and KRI and NRC at 14 DAA, can be recommended for fruits with a high simple sugar content that is easily digestible [ 40 ].…”
