The Impact Transformational Leadership in Developing Psychological Empowerment

Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and psychological empowerment in a sample of 270 respondents. Four dimensions of transformational leadership have been proposed as an instrument to enhance individuals' perception of psychological empowerment.
