To study the effectiveness of the education system, the following indicators were determined. The first is the level of population participation in lifelong education per student who graduated from secondary school. The second is the share of costs per person for all types of retraining, advanced training, vocational training, the share of wages in GDP per person who graduated from secondary school. The third is the ratio of the average gross wages of workers with higher education to the labor productivity index, the number of studies under the age of 39 per person with higher education. A number of indicators of the process block are weakly correlated with each other and therefore all of them should be left for consideration. Although there is a relation of average density among some of indicators, it is most likely nonlinear, and therefore it can change dramatically over time. For a deeper interaction between blocks, one should consider the correlation between block processes, for example, the impact of funding for higher education and employment of the population who received this education, or job in the degree of graduates received secondary vocational education and higher education. In addition, this is the way the process block, namely its indicators, correlates with the rest of the indicators. In the future, it is necessary to calculate the final indicator of the impact of the current education system on the productivity in order to answer the question: under what indicators the system is productive.

The given paper considers the quality block with its interrelations as a consequence of the quantity block which determines the financial component for all types of education, beginning from the secondary-level education to higher and vocational secondary education. On the one hand, there has been the share of the employed population with a particular set of education quality in total employment of the population. On the other hand, there has been the proportion of individuals with this quality of the total population in %. There are the polygons of indicators distribution. Using correlation and regression analysis and statistical data processing, we identified the number of consistent patterns that allowed a deeper analysis of the selected indicators. Based on the found dependences of education expenditures and employment in accordance with the specialty in the proportion of individuals with higher and vocational education, an interesting conclusion has been made. In our opinion, in due course, no one will work in his/her degree field. In the modern innovation-based economy, the explanation for this is that professionals in these specialties will not be in demand in seven years, due to the fact that the specialty field is becoming obsolete because of the production modernization, and therefore the state does not allocate funds for training specialists in this field.

The efficiency of sowing and harvesting processes in agriculture is one of the most important components of the success of an agricultural firm. Natural and climatic conditions typical for the majority of Russian agricultural territories impose restrictions on the timing and the fundamental possibility of sowing and harvesting. Therefore, the low efficiency of sowing and harvesting processes leads to a corresponding decrease in the volume of crop production. A number of works [1-4] consider various approaches to increasing the efficiency of sowing and harvesting, however, a systematic approach to the management of agricultural company processes requires the identification of the most significant reasons for the decrease in the efficiency and addresses as a priority their elimination (or reduction in the strength of their influence).
