The Implementation of Visual Communication Design Media after Conducting Service-Learning Program

Abstract: Visual communication design study mostly puts emphasis on the implementation of media such as print and digital media. The development of media is rapid; however, the use of media is still related to the current need. In a visual communication design class that implements a Service-Learning program, students are assigned to do a destination branding project which helps private owners and the local government in need to promote cultural, historical and other potential places.
