The Importance of Communication Competency for Employability

Abstract: Nowadays university is changing in favour of the employability of graduates. It is understood that a university curriculum should be consistent with the demands of employment and self-employment, especially at higher education levels. This analysis conceptually defines "skill" and "employability", and focuses on communicative competence.
