The importance of human resources for companies with energy profiles and their influence in raising the operating efficiency

Abstract: Human resources are the most important part of the operation in an enterprise. Based on this logic, companies must continuously invest in increasing the performance of internal capacity through the creation of their strategies which will define clear developing objectives.
